• Facility Asset Management (FAM)
  • Asset listing: Provides a comprehensive list of all assets with detailed information, connections to warranties, location details, manufacturers, and installers. The robust filter system enables quick asset searching.
  • Location listing: Offers a detailed list of all locations, including connections to levels and zones, with a filter that allows for swift location identification.
• Facility Management (FM) Handover
  • Data Collection: Tailored for collecting asset and location data within a property. The system incorporates workflows specifically designed for data collection and analysis adhering to project-specific data standards.
• Operations & Maintenance (O&M)
  • Assignments: Created for building operators, managers, and technicians. It features calendar views and workflows that facilitate task visibility, work capture, time tracking if necessary, linking to work orders, and associate assets.
  • Work Order listing: Enables facility team members to efficiently create, view, and assign work orders which are then managed by the facilities team.
  • Service Request listing: Primarily for facility team members and users to raise issues requiring attention within facilities. Managers have the authority to escalate service requests to Work Orders for completion post-assignment.
